Kasper Christensen

Journalist

When Majken Schultz began studying at CBS 38 years ago, many of her acquaintances turned up their noses. The business school was not considered as hip and legitimate as other Danish universities at the time.

However today, she can look back on a long career at one of the most recognized Business Universities in the world. A career spanning more than 60 articles in international peer-reviewed journals. She’s one of the most cited researchers at CBS and has received several awards and honors.

In this episode of Outside the Box, we meet Majken Schultz, PhD and Professor of Management and Organization Studies at the Department of Organization at CBS. Despite changing trends and mainstream beliefs she has continued to go her own way – in other words: she is ‘Outside the Box’.
