Hi! I’m Natalie, a CBS exchange student who can’t wait to come back to the heart of Scandinavia (according to the Danes, anyway). I’m half German, half Asian-American and was raised in London. I feel privileged to have such an international background and I love combining all these cultures together – especially in cooking!
