SKY Campus: a new initiative helps you on the road to a stress-free life.

Most students are constantly pressuring themselves to obtain their degrees, earn a living and take care of their social lives at the same time. Some find it hard to breathe let alone balance their personal and professional lives. CBS and the Department of Management, Society and Communication are collaborating with the International Art of Living Foundation to introduce SKY Campus – a comprehensive, informal, and interactive well-being programme that aims to help students manage stress as well as gain balance in their lives.
