This event is presented by the Graduate Business Conference 2018, which brings together student leaders from the top MBA programs worldwide. This event is open to all CBS students, but registration is required.
Every year, the World Economic Forum (WEF) publishes reports measuring economic health based on criteria from infrastructure to education. In these rankings, the Nordic countries are always top of the list, making sure to encourage a sustainable and growth-oriented environment for businesses. Nordic countries might account for 8% of European GDP, but contain around 50% of its startups despite higher tax rates. The Nordics are also the most transparent countries in the world, and have inclusive health and employment schemes.
This panel debate will explore two key topics:
-The Nordic Way of Doing Business
-The New Era of Corporate Social Responsibility
