CBS Art Celebration // Live Painting by Frederik Næblerød

CBS Art are happy to be part of CBS Sommerfest on the 10th of June where we will have a tent at Grønningen between Solbjerg Plads and Kilen. It will be an afternoon full of music, food and good experiences!

CBS Art will have a very special guest, giving the students a unique chance to look behind the curtains of creation: Frederik Naebleroed from the Royal Danish Academy of Art in Copenhagen will be live painting a work of art throughout the day, and we invite everybody to come and look and talk to Frederik about his art.

This is a fantastic opportunity to get into the head of an artist during the creation of an artwork, and see how the energies flow during the process. Frederik Næblerød has been a student at the Danish art academy for the last five years and will finish soon. He has had several exhibitions all over the country and been represented at international art fairs.

We will also have small tours to show CBS Digital Art Space, where we are showing video art in collaboration with Louisiana Museum of Modern Art. You will be able to experience the work 'Green Pink Caviar' (2009) by Marilyn Minter Studio.

Besides CBS Art and the other student organisations, the stage show features a wide range of entertainment, including Outlandish, Science Slam with standup comedian Lasse Rimmer as moderator, magician for the kids, and much more.
