The Business Model Canvas

It is a pleasure to invite all of you to an afternoon workshop at Implement Consulting Group.

The workshop will be centered around Alexander Osterwalders Business Model Canvas and will be facilitated by ICG employee and CBS Case Team Alumni Mads Schjølin. 

Mads teaches Digital Entrepreneurship on the graduate level at CBS so the workshop will not only be relevant for those who are going to be solving a case, but also for past case team participants or other CBS Case Club members who wish to gain a head start for their master degree. 

The Business Model Canvas: 
The business model describes how an enterprise creates, provides and delivers value to the customer and identifies the central processes that form the basis for a business enterprise.

A clear understanding of the company's business model can create a competitive advantage on the market. By improving the revenue and the underlying processes found in one company, one can thus offer the customer a higher added value.

The Business Model Canvas business model is a tool that has often been recognized as it provides an effective analysis of the business business model and gives business owners a clear overview of the results.
